MOODY’S LOWERS OUTLOOK ON EUROPE’S STABILITY FUND

Moody’s has lowered the outlook on the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) to ‘negative’ from ‘stable’. The rating agency cited deterioration in creditworthiness of the euro area member states. Moody’s said that there was increasing likelihood that EFSF may be downgraded over 12 to 18 months.
